Our client's in-house service is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join them on a part-time, permanent basis at their base in Blackpool. (32 Hours per week) Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week from home and 2-3 days per week onsite.
This role plays a key part in promoting a healthy workplace by providing comprehensive occupational health support across the whole organisation. The role will require you to carry out the full function of Occupational Health - case management, health surveillance, pre-employment assessments and vaccinations.
Providing guidance, training and supervision for the OH team, you will also be involved in policy development and the SEQOHS accreditation. As part of a well-established in-house service, you will continue to raise awareness across the organisation of the role of OH.
This role would suit an experienced Senior OH Nurse Adviser looking for a change or an experienced OH Adviser who is looking for a more senior role. Working 4 days per week, they offer hybrid working, excellent annual leave, and flexi time.
