Our client is looking for an experienced OH Manager/Head of Clinical Services to join them at their head office in Southampton on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's experienced and ambitious team where you will work closely with the managing director and commercial director as they pursue their strategic objectives and business development agenda whilst maintaining service level agreements and company values.
You will be accountable for the leadership of all clinical staff, including nurses and technicians, ensuring their delivery of clinical and client excellence. Knowledge of Health Surveillance is essential.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the clinical team ensuring that their work is compliant with company and SEQOHS standards.
- Assisting/mentoring OHNs who are studying for the OH degree/diploma.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with clients.
- Write, review and update clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated to all clinical staff.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive team culture with all staff.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership position
- OH Degree/Diploma essential
- Case management and knowledge of health surveillance is essential.
- Salary - circa £60,000 per annum.
- Relocation bonus (if applicable)
