Select OH is looking for an experienced OHA to deliver the full OH remit to sites in Birmingham and Kidderminster, working 4 days (Kidderminster 1 day every 2 weeks & Birmingham 2 days per week - additional work days will be working from home).

About the role:

  • Complex Case Management including a Mental Health Caseload
  • Sickness Absence Management
  • Health Surveillance including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision and possibly HAVS and Skin Assessments
  • Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessment and Questionnaires
  • Health Promotion & Wellbeing

This role includes working autonomously, engaging and building positive relationships and helping to shape the occupational health service with our customer. You will be supported by a clinically qualified manager and a friendly head office support team.

Our client has an excellent reputation for supporting and looking after their staff whilst providing a high-quality service to their clients, requesting a max of 4 cases per day from their OHA's!

Salary up to £48k per annum pro rata + Benefits Package.
