This role offers a 12‑week training academy, where you will receive the support you need to become a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant and start making deals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a team player, a great communicator, capable of managing their own time, and most of all, willing to learn new skills.
What will you do?
- Sourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of candidates
- Develop a good knowledge of your sector
- Develop and grow a base of contacts
- Fulfilling client vacancies
- Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
- Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings
- Negotiate salaries between parties
