Sourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with themMaintain an accurate pipeline of candidatesDevelop a good knowledge of your sectorDevelop and have a growing base of contactsFulfilling client vacanciesCreate a smooth and memorable candidate and client journeyAttend networking events, business trips and customer meetingsNegotiate salaries between partiesWhat are we looking for?
