We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Contractor Care Coordinator to support and manage the ongoing experience of our offshore workforce. This role is essential in ensuring our contractors feel supported, informed, and engaged throughout their assignments.
You will act as the key point of contact for contractors once placed, working closely with recruiters to maintain strong relationships, resolve queries, and maximise redeployment and referrals.
What will you do?
- Conduct onboarding calls with all new contractors to ensure a smooth start offshore
- Act as the primary contact for contractor queries, including pay, logistics, and general support
- Maintain regular communication with contractors to ensure engagement and satisfaction
- Manage high volumes of contractor queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
- Prevent loss of referrals and redeployment opportunities due to lack of communication
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure contractors are not overlooked during busy periods
- Monitor contractor wellbeing and elevate any issues where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of contractor interactions and updates
