The ideal candidate will have experience working in compliance, or a relevant degree.
What will you do?
- Support with the management of our internal database and systems to ensure our current workers compliance checks have not expired, and keeping the systems up to date.
- Uploading all incoming certificates and other important documentation to both internal and external CRM systems.
- Ensuring all internal trackers are updated and visible for the consultants and management teams to monitor.
- Closely monitor the compliance mailbox ensuring our responses are always in line with our companies email response SLA’s.
- Deal with all outward and inward post, ensuring trackers are always updated.
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

- Someone with strong communication and organisational skills, and a “can do attitude”.
- A pleasant and friendly telephone manner at all times.
- Treats people with respect under all circumstances.
- Someone with an excellent attention to detail.
- Takes the ownership of delegated tasks.
- Experience within compliance is required, or a relevant degree.
