You will be working with our top 1% of clients within these industries, which is an amazing launchpad for establishing your own desk.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of growing accounts, be capable of managing their own time, and have the ability to proactively cross sell.
What will you do?
- Be responsible for recruitment activities on your own desk
- Sourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
- Lead executive search projects across the globe
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of candidates
- Develop a good knowledge of your sector
- Develop and have a growing base of contacts
- Fulfilling client vacancies, working closely with the client to book in interviews and manage the candidate offer process
- Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
- Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings
- Stakeholder management
- Negotiate salaries between parties

- Sales or recruitment experience is required for this role
