Overview
We are seeking a Talent Agent to join our London team. This role focuses on supporting and developing talent across multiple areas, with a particular emphasis on social and digital opportunities. We are open to candidates at different levels - from junior to more experienced - and are looking for someone with strong potential, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for talent, fashion, and the wider creative industries.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in talent management, digital talent, or a related field
- Strong interest in social media and digital talent landscapes
- Experience with brand partnerships or commercial collaborations is a plus
- Passion for fashion and the broader creative industries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and driven
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating talent schedules on a daily basis
- Building and maintaining relationships with talent, clients, brands, and creatives
- Supporting and negotiating brand partnerships and commercial opportunities
- Scouting and developing new and emerging talent
- Proactively connecting with photographers, stylists, and other creatives
- Attending industry events, including Fashion Week, alongside talent
- Travelling with talent when required
- Supporting both digital initiatives and broader talent strategy
