To assist the Head Cook in the provision of an efficient catering operation, providing our service users with a wholesome, appealing and nutritious diet and meeting Individual care needs and Company Policies and Procedures.
Previous experience as a kitchen assistant within a care environment is necessary for this role
Knowledge of IDDSI framework and experience in preparing meals suitable for residents assessed dietary requirements.
