We operate residential homes, supported living schemes, and day centres, offering person‑centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will bring compassion, motivation, and reliability to our dedicated care team. You will play a vital part in delivering person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, empowering them to lead independent, fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Service Users with everyday tasks such as domestic chores (cleaning, laundry), meal preparation, personal care, budgeting, and money management.
  • Engaging with the local community and accessing amenities.
  • Following and implementing personalised support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
  • Working collaboratively with families, in‑house teams, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each Service User.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records, including medication administration records, daily notes, risk assessments, and incident/accident reports.

About you:

Essential:

  • A compassionate, empathetic, and respectful approach to care.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Willingness to learn and undertake full training.
  • All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide two professional references.

Desirable:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
