Role Purpose Established in 2007, Select Lifestyles Limited provides support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within our residential homes, supported living schemes and day centres across the West Midlands.
To provide administrative support for workforce systems, ensuring user accounts and workforce information are maintained accurately, securely and in compliance with organisational policies, GDPR requirements and CQC regulatory standards.
The postholder will support the effective operation of workforce systems used across care services and provide accurate workforce information to support operational, audit and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities Systems Administration
- Administer user accounts across company workforce and operational systems.
- Set up, amend and remove employee system access in accordance with approved procedures.
- Support managers and colleagues with workforce system queries and troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to system suppliers, IT providers or line management as appropriate.
- Maintain system documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with system testing, upgrades and implementation of new functionality where required.
