Select Environmental Services Ltd, now part of the CIRQLR Group, is looking for experienced LGV Class 2 drivers to join our friendly, professional team. For this role, our vehicle would be based remotely in OXFORD.
We\'re a well-established, recycling-led waste management company providing reliable, high-quality services to clients across commercial, retail, healthcare and educational sectors throughout the OXFORD AREA.
This role involves the automated collection of commercial waste and recyclables using modern, well-maintained refuse compaction trucks. You\'ll work closely with our operations team to keep local businesses running smoothly and sustainably.
What we\'re looking for
- Experience within the waste industry (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- At least 2 years\' driving experience with no more than 3 penalty points
- A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tacho card
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to high service standards
- Good organisational skills and a flexible approach to work
- Smart appearance and professional manner
What we offer
- OTE £44,000 per annum, depending on hours and experience
- Flexible working patterns: 4 or 5 days per week, no requirement to work weekends
- Start times typically between 04:30 and 06:00, finishing mid-afternoon
- Part-time opportunities available (2–4 days per week, Monday to Saturday, pro-rata pay)
