A global Tier 1 supplier is seeking additional maintenance staff to support new automation projects.
The role will be responsible for responding to Production equipment breakdowns (if applicable), completing project activities and preparing and executing activities for Preventive Maintenance including:
- Ensure all Production breakdowns are supported and resolved.
- Complete all Maintenance tasks including PM’s / stock ordering / Audits / investigations / fault reports.
- Ensure End of Shift 5S Standards are maintained in the Workshop and End of Shift clean down is completed.
- Identify any breakdown trends or PM report trends and complete any necessary actions.
- Engage in root cause analysis of repeat/major breakdowns.
- Complete Weekend work list.
- Manage electrical and mechanical installation of new machinery.
- Support the Electrical Duty Holder with system management and compliance.
Candidates should be qualified to HNC/HND level in a relevant engineering discipline and proven experience in a similar role including:
- Electrical and Mechanical production equipment
- Competence in LOTO
- Siemens S7 and/or Allen Bradley PLC experience is preferred
- 18th Edition Wiring regulations certification is advantageous
- IOSH Managing Safely
