We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based onsite at our offices in Rettendon, Essex.

Duties to include:

  • Sourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of candidates.
  • Develop a good knowledge of your sector.
  • Develop and have a growing base of contacts.
  • Fulfilling client vacancies.
  • Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client relationship.
  • Negotiate salaries between parties.
  • Prepare and present CVs to make them attractive to the client.
  • Market CVs to potential clients.
  • Prepare analysis on the number of vacancies in the sector as advertised on job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Update database with new vacancies and post to website.
  • Convert references into sales opportunities.
  • Chase marketed CVs.
  • Prepare and send out emails and/or letters to promote our services.
  • Accurately use IT and AI systems to ensure good organisational and efficient processes.

Education: Must not have completed level 3 and have GCSE (A-C) Maths and English. 1 day for apprenticeship studies. The course for the Recruitment Consultant (level 3) will take around 15 months.
