Ford of Europe is seeking an IT specialist to lead the seamless operation of Plant Floor System (PFS) applications at its largest engine manufacturing facility. You will become the SME for several PFS apps and apply that knowledge to provide production support and innovative solutions.
You will lead escalation and resolution of critical incidents with in-plant customers, IT teams, and suppliers, support infrastructure and application projects, and promote best-practice IT processes and security.
