Experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead the delivery of user testing across digital in vehicle experiences. This is a senior handsâon role focused on planning, running and analysing research, while guiding and supporting a small team of researchers. It is not a people management position, but you will act as the lead practitioner for testing activities and guide dayâtoâday activities.
What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate UX testing across vehicles, simulators and digital prototypes
- Conduct handsâon research including study design, moderation and analysis
- Mentor junior researchers and support their development
- Use Maze and other industry standard research and survey tools to design and analyse studies
- Work closely with designers and product teams to define research needs and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Manage testing logistics and ensure high standards of research quality
What You Bring
- Strong experience in user research and usability testing, including inâperson moderated studies
- Proven ability to run studies across a range of prototype fidelities
- Proficiency with Maze and common research tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work on site several days per week
- Full UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK
