Hourly rate: Competitive (INSIDE IR35) BASIC PURPOSE: The SAP ERP project manager coordinates SAP ERP deployments, improvements for the manufacturing sites. She/he is responsible to coordinate all the tasks with the plant teams in close collaboration with the central ERP teams. REQUIRED SKILLS: * 10+ years’ experience in leading ERP projects * 5+ full ERP project cycles * Advanced knowledge of financial controls and reporting requirements/ SAP functionality * Extensive knowledge of SAP FI/CO solutions. * Basic knowledge of linked SAP functionality (for SD/WM configuration and data elements etc) * 5+ years’ experience direct and indirect resources management * Strong cross functional knowledge in multiple SAP modules including finance, logistics, manufacturing * Knowledge of the integration points with other Key modules SD/ WM / PP/ MM * Organize and lead cross functional resources * Strong process and automotive industry knowledge * Strong understanding of the ERP project methodology. * Very strong communication skills (written & oral) * Ability to adapt communication according to the audience (business and technical) * Very strong presentation skills * Strong and proven project management ability. * Ability to manage tasks at all levels to coordinate with project milestones * Ability to assess and mitigate project risks. * Experience with managing Developments & Process Integrations * Manage and function well under tight timeframes - manage multiple priorities concurrently * Ability to relate future direction of the organization while designing solutions and managing change * Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself. * Strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development. * Fluent English language skills DESIRED SKILLS: * Strong project management skills * Strong business process knowledge * Strong process integration skills * Strong strategic mindset * Strong ERP landscape awareness * Experience with managing large global projects ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team Estimates project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project Review business requirements together with Business Process Team Provide solution to business requirements Ability to interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes Manages/Track project budget – forecast & reporting Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate, WORKING CONDITIONS: On site We will process your CV and personal information to assess your suitability for the role.
