About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll empower learning disabled and/or autistic adults, and those with complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity. You'll be supporting individuals by:
- Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings.
- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed.
- Supporting with behaviours that may challenge.
- Helping individuals build life skills, confidence, and independence.
- Keeping accurate records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.
