📍 Location: Chester

⏰ Hours: 42 hours per week Days 2pm – 10pm + Sleeps (Must be able to do 2 sleeps a week)

Alternative weekends

💷 Pay: £13.21 per hour (£45 per sleep)

👥 About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you\’ll empower learning disabled and/or autistic adults, and complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity.

You’ll be supporting individuals by:

Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings
Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed
Supporting with behaviours that may challenge
Helping individuals build life skills, confidence, and independence
Keeping accurate records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
