About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower learning disabled and/or autistic adults, and complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity. You’ll be supporting individuals by:
- Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings
- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed
- Supporting with behaviours that may challenge
- Helping individuals build life skills, confidence, and independence
- Keeping accurate records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
