The Role:

As our Executive Head Teacher, you will provide dynamic and strategic leadership across both our Bolton and Warrington schools. You will be instrumental in:

  • Driving Educational Excellence: Defining and delivering our educational vision, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and continuously improving pupil progress and achievement across both sites.
  • Strategic Leadership and Management: Overseeing all aspects of strategic leadership, including curriculum development, safeguarding, staff performance management, and resource allocation.
  • Fostering a Culture of Success: Embedding our values of Potential, Achievement, Growth, and Empowerment, creating a positive and collaborative environment for staff and students.
  • Leading and Developing Staff: Providing strong line management, coaching, and mentorship to our dedicated Head Teachers and senior leadership teams, building sustainable leadership capacity.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Best Practice: Upholding statutory requirements, leading on Ofsted inspections, and ensuring robust safeguarding procedures are consistently applied.
  • Community Engagement: Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with parents, local authorities, and other agencies to support our students and families.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Holds qualified teacher status and substantial successful experience as a Head Teacher or in a senior leadership role across multiple school sites.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the needs of children with SEND and a passion for inclusive education.
  • Demonstrates exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire staff to achieve outstanding results.
  • Is committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and a child-centred approach.
  • A National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) or a willingness to undertake this training is highly desirable.
