Your Role as a Support Worker:
- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting daily living skills, routines and independence
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Promoting emotional wellbeing, confidence and positive behaviour
- Supporting individuals to access education, activities and the community
- Working closely with families, professionals and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Upholding safeguarding, health & safety and company values
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable (but not essential)
- A kind, patient and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends where required
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
