We're currently looking for Gujarati speaking Male Support Workers; this role will be supporting a young adult with learning difficulties, and the right candidate will be willing to work in Dubai for up to 6 months of the year.

Your Role as a Support Worker:

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting daily living skills, routines and independence
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, confidence and positive behaviour
  • Supporting individuals to access education, activities and the community
  • Working closely with families, professionals and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
  • Upholding safeguarding, health & safety and company values

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable (but not essential)
  • A kind, patient and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends where required
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
