What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with funders, dealers, and customers
- Respond to emails and messages within 24-hour SLAs
- Proactively manage customer orders and expectations
- Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and funders
- Process and check customer documentation
- Coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries
- Identify and elevate complaints to the appropriate team
- Handle daily admin tasks and action reports efficiently
