What You'll Do
- Manage customer orders from delivery authorisation through to successful vehicle delivery.
- Proactively obtain delivery updates from dealers and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date.
- Secure and coordinate vehicle delivery dates with dealers and customers.
- Communicate delivery delays, vehicle issues, and updates to relevant internal teams.
- Assist customers with Letters of Authority (LOAs), ensuring documentation is processed correctly and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain delivery forecasts, dashboards, inboxes, and operational reports.
- Support dealer finance processes by obtaining agreements and documentation in a timely manner.
- Review and process finance agreements, ensuring compliance with signing instructions and funder requirements.
- Manage portal systems including LeaseLink, Fleet Procure, and manufacturer platforms.
- Handle customer and dealer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct customer welcome calls and provide updates throughout the delivery journey.
- Support operational targets by reducing inbound delivery queries through proactive communication.
- Build strong working relationships with dealers, funders, customers, and internal departments.
- Ensure all activities are completed in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.

- Previous experience within customer service, sales support, operations, or administration.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Ideally experience within vehicle leasing, automotive, fleet, finance, or transport industries.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
