We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven individual to join our growing team as an SMR Manager. As the SMR Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and developing the SMR function, taking ownership of team performance, conversion rates, commercial profitability, partner relationships, and overall channel performance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the SMR channel delivers sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and an excellent customer experience. What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the SMR sales team to achieve and exceed revenue, conversion, and profitability targets.
