Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role based in Glasgow. The Leasing Consultant will guide customers through the vehicle leasing process, from initial inquiry and needs assessment to quotation, application, and contract completion. Responsibilities include explaining lease options and terms clearly, coordinating lease administration, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, responding to queries via phone, email, and in person, and supporting resident retention-style activities by building long-term relationships with individual and business clients. The Leasing Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to track orders, manage renewals, and contribute to sales targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, including the ability to explain contract terms and options clearly.
- Experience in customer service and communication, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Background in resident retention or client relationship management, with a focus on repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with basic sales processes, including quoting, follow-up, and pipeline management; previous automotive or financial services experience is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in Glasgow in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems; willingness to learn company-specific platforms.
- Relevant experience in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles; formal qualifications in business, finance, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory.
