Select Car Leasing (Preston) are part of the largest leasing broker in the UK, supplying over 35,000 vehicles a year to business and private individuals. We work with all of the UK\’s top funders to secure the very best deals and service for our customers.

We are expanding and are looking for Experienced Car & Van Leasing consultants. We only want the very best, so you must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with both business and private clients to discuss, advise, and offer vehicle leasing solutions. Ideally you will have a proven track record in this industry with a tenacious desire to succeed, and you must be able to work in a fast‑paced, exciting environment. We can provide industry‑leading training and mentoring to help you progress.

Critical to the role is your ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining very organized. You must give the best customer service and advice to clients throughout the entire process—right through to delivery and beyond—to gain trust and referral business.

There is no ceiling to the potential earnings, but year‑one OTE should be circa £45,000–£60,000.

This is definitely not a 9‑5 job. People often want to speak later in the day or on weekends. Your IT skills must be excellent and you must be able to quickly manipulate data on multiple platforms.

Your office-based role will involve handling new phone and website leads every day and will be targeted via industry‑leading KPIs to speak with, qualify, and advise prospective private individuals and businesses through to order, predominantly funded on Contract Hire and Lease.

Qualification is key. You will be expected to follow our tried and tested processes that ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.

Knowledge of Contract Hire, Leasing, Hire Purchase, and other funding methods is ideal but not essential for the right candidates. A love of cars and a working knowledge of the car and van industry is essential.
