Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to projects from initial concept through to completion across a diverse portfolio spanning the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors throughout the UK and internationally. Responsibilities will vary according to experience but may include:

  • Production of technical drawings and specifications
  • Preparation of planning and Building Regulations submissions
  • Coordination with consultants and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry standards

You will work closely with both clients and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to a wide range of technically challenging and rewarding projects while continuing to develop your professional expertise.

Applications are welcomed from individuals with a strong interest in technical design and project delivery. Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable, together with an understanding of UK Building Regulations appropriate to your level of experience. Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Experience within the commercial or industrial sectors, knowledge of sustainable design principles, or CIAT membership (or a commitment to working towards professional accreditation) would be advantageous.
