Select Recruitment is working with a well‑established business to find a hands‑on Late Shift Warehouse Team Leader to lead afternoon and evening warehouse operations. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse supervisor or team leader who enjoys leading from the front in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the late shift warehouse team
- Pick, assemble and pack furniture and furnishings
- Oversee accurate loading of goods onto 3.5‑ton delivery vans
- Ensure 100% picking accuracy and high‑quality standards
- Manage shift handovers and resolve issues before dispatch
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
- Support the Warehouse Manager and uphold team performance
About You
- Previous experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
- Confident delegating tasks and taking responsibility
- Physically able to handle large furniture items
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
