Key duties
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and client meetings
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand our services
- Conduct regular client service calls to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Meet and exceed agreed sales and performance targets
- Work with competitive pricing strategies to win and retain business
Talent Acquisition
- Source, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool through creative recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate briefings, testing, and reference checks
- Develop local recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
- Leverage all available resources to fill positions quickly and effectively
Client & Candidate Management
- Take detailed job briefs and match the right candidates to opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement
- Keep clients and candidates informed throughout the process
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates and manage retention programmes
- Resolve queries promptly and professionally
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure service excellence
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records and CRM systems
- Support credit control processes when required
- Contribute to budget planning and forecasting
- Provide regular updates on market trends and business developments
What We\'re Looking For
- Proven recruitment or sales experience (all levels considered)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for results
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
- Sector experience in Industrial & Manufacturing, Commercial, or Hospitality & Catering is advantageous
