We are currently recruiting for a Production / Assembly Operative for our client based in Snetterton. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company, working as part of a supportive team in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in the production, assembly, and refurbishment of high-quality furniture products. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out assessment, repair, and refurbishment of furniture, including chairs, sofas, pelmets, and headboards.
  • Support production by assembling furniture and assisting with manufacturing and upholstery tasks.
  • Ensure all work meets required specifications, quality standards, and production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop at the end of each shift.
  • Check and improve packaging to ensure items are secure for dispatch.
  • Follow production schedules set by supervisors and take responsibility for your performance.
  • Identify and report potential issues proactively.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and carry out equipment checks.
  • Support general warehouse operations and maintain company standards.
