Our client's new Building Surveyor role offers genuine variety, autonomy and exposure to high-value, meaningful projects across public sector, commercial and historic buildings. This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to step into a permanent, full-time position where site work, client interaction and project delivery are balanced with flexibility, trust and long-term stability.

My client is offering a Building Surveyor the chance to work across an impressive and diverse portfolio, from PFI hospitals and local authority estates to social housing and listed buildings. In this Building Surveyor position, you’ll be involved from initial surveys and defect analysis through to specification, project management and delivery, giving you real ownership of your work and the opportunity to see projects through end to end.

The role naturally blends technical expertise with client-facing responsibility, allowing you to strengthen relationships, attend and chair meetings, and be seen as a trusted professional advisor. This Building Surveyor role would suit someone who enjoys being out on site, applying their technical knowledge in practical environments, and contributing across a wide range of building surveying disciplines.
