We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team based in Snetterton. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30
Key Responsibilities
- Pick furniture components and parts accurately in line with customer orders and production requirements
- Use pick lists, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems to identify and select items
- Check picked items for quality and accuracy prior to dispatch
- Pack and prepare orders for internal production teams or customer delivery
- Maintain organised stock locations and ensure all inventory is stored correctly
- Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks
- Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to supervisors
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and well organised
Requirements
- Previous experience in order picking, warehouse, or stores roles is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to safely lift and move furniture components
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
