We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same. As the Operations Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of operations. You’ll support the Recruitment team with their offshore personnel processes, ensuring all documentation is in order, and help arrange training and visas for global assignments. A proactive and highly organised approach is key, as is excellent communication and a natural ability to multitask.
Some duties will include:
- Responsible for managing inboxes
- Registering personnel detail on the system, ensuring all documentation is compliant
- Compiling contractual documents
- Obtaining personnel references
- Organising and sending information regarding international travel
- Liaising with contractors and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Prior experience within renewables, operations, logistics or similar would be highly advantageous although not essential, strong admin skills are key along with a confident ability to build good working relationships. What matters most is a positive attitude and a commitment to getting the job done.
