Ready to lead from the front? We're looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to join a luxury hotel and lead a professional front-of-house team across a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, bar and spa lounge.

The Role
You'll lead the restaurant and bar team through busy services. This is a visible, hands-on management position. You'll be on the floor, engaging with guests and leading your team by example.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Managing busy restaurant and bar services
- Hosting and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Coaching and developing team members
- Maintaining high service standards
- Working closely with the kitchen team
- Using your food and wine knowledge to enhance the guest experience
- Training and mentoring the team
