About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's busy production team in Thetford. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production machinery and equipment operate efficiently and reliably. You will be a key part of the maintenance team, carrying out preventative, reactive, and predictive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and support continuous production. This role requires flexibility, as you will work across a three-shift rotation, including nights, with a shift allowance included for night work. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and planned maintenance on production machinery to prevent breakdowns.

- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
