Select Recruitment is working with a well-established hospitality business to find an experienced and people-focused Front of House Manager to lead their busy restaurant. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality and is passionate about exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and manage the front of house team to deliver excellent service consistently
  • Uphold high standards in customer care, cleanliness, presentation and compliance
  • Drive sales performance and support achievement of targets and KPIs
  • Recruit, train, develop and coach team members with ongoing feedback and support
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and professional team environment
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service and strong front/back of house partnership
  • Support operational planning including rotas, stock control and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, resolve issues and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives for the continued growth and development of the restaurant

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front of house management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Availability to work full-time on alternate weekends (likely every weekend during peak periods)
