As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen and other catering areas
  • Cleaning designated areas to a high standard
  • Taking deliveries and distributing provisions to the correct area
  • Collecting rubbish and transporting it to external bins
  • Working in the pot wash and plate wash areas
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of floors and general kitchen environment
  • Assisting other members of the catering team when required
