Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the safe and successful delivery of an internal partitioning and ceiling package on a large commercial build in Great Yarmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable professional with a strong background in dry lining and SFS to secure a long-term temporary role.

What’s on offer:

  • £250 per day (flat day rate)
  • 40-week project offering strong continuity of work
  • Consistent day shifts: 07:30 – 16:30
  • Opportunity to work on a large-scale commercial project
  • Starts in May

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation of SFS, internal partitioning, and ceiling systems
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams effectively
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety across site
  • Monitor progress and report on project milestones
  • Ensure compliance with current dry lining and SFS standards

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within dry lining / SFS projects
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of dry lining systems and SFS details
  • Valid CSCS Gold Card
  • SMSTS certification
  • Ability to manage teams and drive project delivery

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (or similar)
