We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Assurance Operative to join our client’s team in Stradbroke on a permanent, full-time basis. Working within a dry pet food production environment, this role is essential in ensuring that all products consistently meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Shift Pattern

  • Shift 1: 6:00 am – 2:15 pm
  • Shift 2: 2:00 pm – 10:15 pm
  • Shift 3: 8:00 am – 4:15 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out quality checks and inspections across dry pet food products and production processes
  • Identify, report, and escalate defects, deviations, or non-conformances
  • Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and company quality standards
  • Maintain accurate quality assurance records and documentation
  • Work closely with production and other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in quality assurance, production, or a manufacturing environment is desirable
