We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to take the reins of a traditional local pub and make it their own.
This is a hands‑on role with full responsibility for running the business — from leading the team and delivering great customer service to managing compliance, due diligence, stock, suppliers and commercial performance.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for everything that makes the pub tick .
From customers and service to people, suppliers, stock, costs, licensing, health & safety and due diligence — you’ll make sure the pub is well‑run, profitable and a great place to work and visit .
You’ll lead from the front, set the standards and create the kind of pub customers want to return to.
About You
You’ll be an experienced Pub Manager, General Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take full ownership.
You’ll be:
