Salary: £37,534 - £43,530 per annum (progression available)

Our client is a leading Housing Association in Norfolk. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a qualified Electrician to join their dedicated maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference, maintaining quality homes and ensuring excellent service for tenants across the region.
The role will primarily cover the Kings Lynn and Dereham areas, with travel required throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk. You will be carrying out reactive works including fault finding, void properties, and EICR electrical works.
Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of effective and efficient electrical repairs in both occupied and vacant properties
- Working as part of a team delivering the in-house domestic EICR testing programme
- Covering Responsive Repairs and Electrical Inspections
- Providing testing support where necessary
- Participating in an on-call rota
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician who can demonstrate:
Essential Qualifications- City and Guilds 5357 / City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- City and Guilds 2360 – Part 1 and Part 2 or City and Guilds 2330 Level 2 and Level 3
- C&G 2357 & AM2 or C&G 5357 with AM2
- City and Guilds or equivalent 2382 (18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations)
- City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of working in Property Maintenance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
