Senior Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and takes pride in consistently delivering high-quality food.

The Role

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and ensuring service runs smoothly during busy periods.

You'll be expected to work efficiently, maintain high standards, and help guide junior members of the team.

  • Running your section with confidence and consistency.
  • Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard.
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Training and mentoring junior chefs where required.
  • Working collaboratively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
