Working Foreman – Civils
Location: Downham Market
Rate: £265 per day - 9 hours per day
Contract: Initially 6 months (temp)
Select Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Civils Working Foreman to join our client, a well-established civil engineering subcontractor. This is a hands-on role working on live sites in and around Downham Market, with the opportunity to secure longer-term work for the right person.

Your role:
- Oversee and lead site operatives while remaining hands-on
- Ensure works are carried out safely and to programme
- Coordinate daily site activities and toolbox talks
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality
- Act as the main point of contact on site
Essential requirements:
- CSCS / CPCS / NPORS
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Safety Critical Medical
- First Aid qualification
Desirable (but not essential):
- Anglian Water Passport to Work
- SEATs qualification
- Lifting Supervisor qualification
