We’re looking for a high-impact Change Project Manager to sit at the heart of a complex insurance business, keeping dozens of moving parts aligned, unblocking delivery, and making change actually land. This is not a tick-box project management role!

You’ll be the right-hand person to senior leadership, owning the rhythm of change across the organisation and ensuring a large, varied portfolio of initiatives keeps moving - on time, on track, and under control. If you thrive in ambiguity, love structure, and can switch effortlessly between exec-level conversations and hands-on delivery detail, read on.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering business and technology change initiatives end-to-end, combining strong PM discipline with hands-on business analysis capability. This is a portfolio role as much as a delivery role:

  • Around 40 live projects of varying size, all running concurrently
  • A constant flow of information requests, dependencies, and priorities
  • Heavy interaction with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Strong exposure to audit, compliance, and governance

You’ll set the pace, own the process, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

  • Project & Portfolio Management
  • Lead change initiatives from initiation through to implementation
  • Own scope, planning, scheduling, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting
  • Coordinate business teams, technology teams, and external partners
  • Keep governance, controls, and reporting tight and on time
  • Ensure benefits realisation and post-implementation reviews happen
  • Create momentum - and keep it going
  • Business Analysis & Change
    • Elicit and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and process mapping
    • Produce clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
    • Analyse as-is and to-be processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
    • Work closely with solution designers and technical teams
    • Support change adoption through stakeholder engagement and validation

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven insurance experience delivering change initiatives (essential)
    • Background as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid BA/PM
    • Exceptionally organised - you can juggle volume without losing control
    • Confident operating with senior stakeholders and executives
    • Strong communicator who can distil complexity into clarity
    • Comfortable with audit, compliance, and governance-heavy environments
    • Natural leader who drives accountability and challenges constructively
    • Problem-solver who finds ways forward when things get messy

    Why This Role?

    • Real influence at the centre of the organisation
    • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
    • Variety, pace, and complexity - no two days the same
    • A role where organisation, judgement, and grip truly matter
    • Competitive salary, based on experience

If you want a role where you own the change machine, not just one project at a time, this is it.
