In this hands-on role as a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the upkeep and daily operations of The Farmstead—a diverse site comprising a café, offices, retail units, a community hall, and outdoor public areas including an adventure playground and landscaped courtyards. Your duties will include opening and closing the site, supporting events, conducting visual inspections, organizing repairs, liaising with contractors, and performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks. This role offers variety, with no two days being the same. Previous experience in facilities, caretaking, or maintenance roles is advantageous, as is a proactive approach and confidence in managing health and safety responsibilities on-site.
