We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our clients team and act as a key partner to managers and employees alike. In this role, you won't just be "processing paperwork"—you’ll be the heartbeat of our clients workplace culture, ensuring our people are supported, compliant, and empowered to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Policy Champion: Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure we stay ahead of legislative changes.
  • Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process and attract top-tier talent.
  • Data & Insights: Manage HRIS data and provide reports on turnover, absence, and engagement trends.
  • Wellbeing & Culture: Lead initiatives that foster an inclusive, healthy, and high-performing work environment.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: Previous experience in a dedicated HR role, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
  • Expertise: Solid understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a high degree of empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob) and the usual Office/Google suites.
