We are currently recruiting a Business Support/Administrator to join a very successful and growing financial services company based in Croydon.
The purpose of the role is to provide proactive and high-quality secretarial and administrative support alongside general office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Senior Management Team Calendar and Meetings
- Report Production
- Presentation Production
- Team Support
- General – answering and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors and clients, acting as one of the points of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills to enable communication at all levels
- Highly organised and efficient
- Ability to handle a varied workload and competing priorities
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work extended hours, as required
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous administration experience, including diary management
